Muriel Frances Gaul (Zwicker)


78, of West Northfield, Lunenburg County, passed away November 23, 2001 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Lakeview, Kings County, on April 16, 1923, she was the daughter of the late William and Naomi (Boylan) Zwicker. Muriel married Carrol Gaul November 16, 1945 at St Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Bridgewater. They resided in Dalhousie for many years before moving to West Northfield. Muriel enjoyed having company, visiting friends and family, attending Community Events, and she was always very generous helping people in need. As she returns to God, she will be sadly missed by her husband Carrol, daughter Carol Ann, at home; son Patrick, daughter-in-law Betty, grandson Ryan, all of Conquerall Mills; brother Arthur, sister-in-law Helen of English Mountain Road, Kings County, many nieces and nephews and their families, many relatives and friends. Visitation will be Sunday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral mass will be held 11am Monday from St Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, East Dalhousie, Father Gerald Saulnier officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Immediate family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, memorials donations may be made to St Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, N S Diabetic Association or the N S Kidney Foundation through the funeral home or at www.sweenysfuneralhome.com
