Greta May "Muddy" Lohnes

92, of Wileville, passed away March 18, 2001 in the Hillside Pines, Home for Special Care, Bridgewater. Born in Wileville, she was a daughter of the late Gilbert and Freda (Porter) Wile. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by 3 daughters, Elsie Hebb, Wileville; Ruth (Arnold) Joudrey, Hantsport; Mildred ( Robert ) Hebb, Wileville; 4 sons, Ralph Lohnes, Hebbville; Reggie (Judy) Lohnes, Crooked Lake; Raymond (Patsy) Lohnes, Pinegrove; Elmer (Judy) Lohnes, Wileville; 26 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Charles “Duddy” Lohnes; daughter-in-law Lillian “Jippie” Lohnes; son-in-law Billie Hebb; sisters Etta, Nellie, Edna, 2 sisters Edith and Elsie in infancy; brothers Stanley, Clyde and Charles. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 2pm Thursday in the Bridgewater United Baptist Church, Rev. Penny Bailey officiating assisted by Rev. Ivan Norton. Burial will follow in the Newcombville Cemetery. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to Bridgewater United Baptist Church, Hillside Pines, Home for Special Care or any charity.
