Valson Herbert Rodenhiser

89, of Bridgewater, passed away April 17, 2001 at home. Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of the late Morris and Eva (Hirtle) Rodenhiser. He was actively involved with the Congregation of St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Bridgewater. He worked for a number of years as a mechanic for MacKenzie Bus Lines and Mahone Auto. He is survived by his brother Ivan (Shirley), Bridgewater and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Edna Langille; brothers, Aubrey, Ralph, Bruce, Don and Morris Roger; sisters, Olive, Angela and Joan. Visitation will be held today from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 11am Friday in St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Bridgewater, Rev. James Slack Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Pauls Lutheran Church or the charity of your choice.
