Elfreda Mae Rhodenizer

87, of Bridgewater, formerly of Auburndale, passed away peacefully on her birthday, December 20, 2001. Born in Granville Ferry, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Atlanta (Robblee) Gilliat. Elfreda loved music and especially enjoyed playing the Harpsichord with her musical group. She also had a great love of animals and opened her home to many over the years. Elfreda is survived by her sister, Bessie Leaman, Bridgewater; daughter, Elizabeth (Dennis) Bedley and granddaughter Karmin of Cole Harbour; foster daughter, Joyce and foster grandchildren Tina and Rene of Richibucto, N.B.; as well as many cousins and her niece, Louise Leary. She was predeceased by her husband George and her sister Frances Gleekman. Funeral service will be held 11am Thursday, December 27, 2001 in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater, Rev. James Slack Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Auburndale Cemetery. No visitation by request.
