Florence Amelia "Gram" Himmelman

98, of LaHave Islands passed away December 12, 2002 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born on LaHave Islands, she was a daughter of the late Caleb and Julia (Wamboldt) Hirtle. She is survived by a son, Parker, LaHave Islands; sister Amy Risser, Shoreham Village, Chester. Grandchildren, Wendell (Darlene), Falmouth; Melvin (Sandra), LaHave, Susan (Carl) Hatt, Barbara (Rob) Harlow, both of Bridgewater, great grandchildren Mark, Michael, Shawn, Megan, Carla and Joel. She was predeceased by her husband Angus; sisters, Elva, Gertrude, Elizabeth, Audrey; brother Norman. Visitation will be 7 – 9 p.m., Friday evening in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 10am Saturday in St James Anglican Church, LaHave, Rev. Gary Alcock officiating. Burial will follow in the Brookside Cemetery, West Dublin.
