86, Chelsea, Lunenburg Co, passed away Friday, August 29, 2003 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Bangs Falls, he was a son of the late John and Bernice (Joudrey) Hanley. Surviving are his wife the former Viola Croft. Daughters, Joyce (Jim) Brown; Doris Greek, all of Bridgewater; step son, Robert (Janet) Robar, Middle Musquodoboit; step daughter, Linda Marsh, Timberlea. Nine grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Two sisters, Annie Ganter, Liverpool; Daisy Cook, Lunenburg. Brother, John (Ollie) Henley, Brooklyn. He was predeceased by first wife Roxie Mailman, daughter Dianne, brother Gerald Hanley. Visitation will be 7 – 9 p.m., Monday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral 11 a.m., Tuesday in Chelsea Baptist Church. Rev. John Kaulback and Pastor Tom Davidson officiating. Private family burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Chelsea.
