Percy Raymond Hupman

New Germany, Lunenburg Co., passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2003 in Rosedale
Home for Special Care, New Germany. Born in Allendale, Shelburne Co.,
he was a son of the late Alonzo and Blanche (MacKenzie) Hupman. Percy
was a school teacher for 39 years, teaching in various schools in Shelburne
and Lunenburg counties, having spent most of his career in the New Germany
area. He was a member of St. John in the Wilderness Anglican Church,
New Germany. Surviving are his wife the former Jennie Lee Fancy. Sons,
Brian, Nappan; Linwood (Shirley), Fredericton. Grandchildren, Lisa,
Adrienne (Paul) and Jonathan; niece, Ruth, Windsor, Ont. He was predeceased
by sisters, Evangeline Dukeshire, Pearle Greenwood; brother, Mitchell.
Visitation 7 – 9 p.m., today in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, #4895
route 10, New Germany. Funeral 11 a.m., Saturday in St. John in the
Wilderness Anglican Church, New Germany. Rev. Tom Henderson officiating.
Burial in the church cemetery with a reception to follow in the church
hall. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. John in the Wilderness
Anglican Church, Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany and Area
