Bessie "Pete" Leaman

Of Bridgewater, passed away May 24, 2003 at home. Born in Granville Ferry, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Atlanta (Robblee) Gilliat and was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her niece, Elizabeth (Dennis) Bedley; a great niece, Karmin Bedley and several cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Murray; sisters, Frances (Harold) Gleekman, Elfreda (George) Rhodenizer. A graveside service will be held 11am Friday in the Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater, Rev. James Slack Jr. officiating. No flowers by request. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St Paul’s Lutheran Church, Bridgewater or the charity of your choice.
