Mary Phyllis Lohnes

89, of Conquerall Bank, formerly of Pleasantville, passed away April 16, 2003 at Conquerall Bank. Born in Camperdown, she was a daughter of the late Archibald and Lottie (Croft) Whynot. She is survived by daughters Elaine (Merle) Daniels, Pleasantville; Donna (James) Hirtle, Conquerall Bank; son Lee (Betty), Halifax; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; three step-brothers Ivan Whynot, Camperdown; Kenneth Whynot, Conquerall Mills; Webster Whynot, Wileville. She was predeceased by her husband Willis George Lohnes; daughter Faye (Bill); grandson Gregory Daniels; a sister Lillian; step-sisters Margaret and Vera. Visitation will be held Sunday from 7-9 p.m., funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. both in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater. Rev. William Gustafson and Rev. Peter Lohnes will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasantville Cemetery. No flowers by request. Memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the South Shore Regional Hospital, Lunenburg County V.O.N., or to any charity.
