58, Bridgewater, passed away Monday, July 12, 2004 at home. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Vera Coady. Surviving is his wife the former Clara Skidmore. Daughter, Twila (Bruce) Smith, Halifax. Grandchildren, Alexander, Marc and Emma. Sister, Carol (Blair) Martin, Annapolis Valley; brothers, Sam (Carol), Halifax; John (Angela), Ottawa; Wayne (Dawn), Bridgewater. Step children, Wayne (Monica) Miller, Halifax; Gwen (David) MacDonald, Dartmouth. Special niece, Kim Carroll, Bridgewater. No visitation at the funeral by request. Memorial service 11 a.m. Friday in Bridgewater United Church, Bridgewater. Rev. Ivan Norton officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Flowers accepted, donations may be made Fishermen’s Memorial Hospital Palliative Care.
