Jessie L. Godfrey

83, of Bridgewater, passed away November 20, 2004 in the Harbour View Haven, Home for Special Care, Lunenburg. Born in Truro, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Etta Mae (Dewer) Tibbitts. She is survived by her sons, Hugh A. (Barb), Bedford; John W. S., Bridgewater; Michael W. (Peggy), Wileville; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; half sister, Eleanor Rogers, New Minas. She was predeceased by her husband, Hugh Bishop Godfrey; granddaughter, Mitzi G. Godfrey. A memorial service will be held 1pm Sunday, December 5, 2004 in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater, Rev Ivan Norton officiating. Burial will follow in the Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of N. S. or Harbour View Haven, Home for Special Care, Lunenburg.
