98, New Germany, Lunenburg Co., passed away, Saturday, October 16, 2004 in Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany, where she had been residing. Born in North River, she was a daughter of the late Hugo and Ellen (Sarty) Wentzell. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family of 10. Surviving are her husband Ernest; Sons, Roger E. Moore (Bella), Saskatoon; Kevin E. Oickle (Marjorie), New Germany. Grandchildren, Derek (Joan), Calgary; Kerwin (Kelly); Margo (Jim), all of Yellowknife; Kevin W. Oickle, New Germany; Vincent D. Oickle (Linda), Oshawa. Great grandchildren, Aaron, Amber, Dustin, Kristen, Gus, Robin, Penny (Hilton), Vincent G. Lanthier, Eric P. Lanthier. Great great grandchildren, Breanna, Tyler; also by many cousins, nieces and nephews within Canada and the US. Predeceased by sisters, Jenny Wentzell, Laura Trethewey, Gladys in infancy; brothers, William, Fletcher, Stanley, Carroll, Harold, Fred, Oscar, Jimmy in infancy. Cremation has taken place with a family graveside service in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery, New Germany. Rev. Larry Ehrhardt officiating. No flowers by request. Donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Rosedale Home for Special Care.
