Roger Geoffrey Howes

64, Of Chester, passed away peacefully in his sleep after a courageous fight with cancer on Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Roger was born in England and is survived by his wife, the former Margaret Stewart; his daughter, Lorna (Jeffery) Whynot, Chester Basin; son, Stephen John (Tequiera Bedard), Halifax. Grandchildren, Alexander, Sarah Elizabeth and also a brother and sister and their families in England. There will be no visitation or funeral service by request. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater.
