86, West Dublin, Lunenburg County, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2005 at home. Born in Crousetown, he was a son of the late Frederick P and Violet (Brown) Baggett. He was a carpenter by trade and an avid gardener. He was a member of IOOF Empire Lodge, Petite Riviere; Emerald Rebekah Lodge, West Dublin; Encampment Lodge, Lunenburg; Cantons, Bridgewater. Surviving are his wife the former, Ada Baker; daughters, Jessie (Alfred) Haché, Mount Pleasant; Lillian, West Dublin. Two grandchildren, Nancy (Dale) Skinner; Dr. John (Kelly) Haché; four great grandchildren,, Marcus, Nicole, Hunter, Austin. Brothers, Malcolm (Jessie), Bells Island; Harold (Susie), Toronto. Sisters, Mildred (Loran) Bushen, West Dublin; Rhoda (Bob) Feetham, Enfield; Florence (Ellison) Whynot, Italy Cross; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother in infancy. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Memorial service 2 p.m., Tuesday in West Dublin United Church, West Dublin. Rev. Neil McEwen and Rev. Neil MacDonald officiating. No flowers by request, memorial donations may be made to West Dublin United Church, St. Andrew’s United Church, Crousetown.
