Harriet Myrtle Corkum

89, of Pleasantville, Lunenburg County, passed away April 5, 2005 at the Queens Manor in Liverpool. Born in Pleasantville, she was a daughter of the late LeRoy and Althea (Corkum) Lantz. She is survived by her sons, Pastor Glendon (Beverly), Pleasantville; Pastor Donald (Phyllis), Madison, Wisconsin; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; sisters, Lillas Corkum, Bridgewater; Helen Lantz, Halifax. She was predeceased by her husband, Clement and sister, Verna. Visitation will be held Thursday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 2pm Friday in the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Bridgewater, Pastors Donald and Glendon Corkum officiating, assisted by Pastor Doug Porter. Burial will follow in the Pleasantville Cemetery. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to Seventh Day Adventist Church.
