77, New Germany, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born May 5, 1928 in Cherryfield, she was the youngest daughter of the late James and Jennie (Kaizer) Robar. Marie was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, North River; member of the Royal Canadian Legion branch 102 ladies auxiliary, New Germany. Surviving are her husband, Reginald Rimmer; daughter, Rose (Terry) Weir, Australia; 7 grandchildren. Stepson, Ronald Rimmer, Ontario; stepdaughter, Gail Pilote, Alberta. She was predeceased by son, Gary; daughter, Brenda; brothers, Oswald and Kenneth; sister, Bernice Thompson. Visitation 1 – 5 p.m. Friday with a legion ladies auxiliary memorial service at 1 p.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 Rte. 10, New Germany. Funeral 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, North River. Rev. Larry Ehrhardt officiating. Private family interment in the church cemetery.
