Donald "Buddy" Keith Wile

67, Conquerall Bank, formerly of Halifax, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at home. Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of the late Fred and Gladys Mabelle (McCarthy) Wile. Don was well known for his 38 years employment at Lord Nelson Hotel. He was loved and respected by all who passed through their doors. Before retiring he worked several years at the Sheraton Hotel. Don left a memorable impression on all those he touched. Beloved husband of the former Eileen Sampson and father of daughter, Kim Wile, Halifax; son, Tom (Krista), Halifax. Grandchildren, Sam and Jessie; foster son, Jim (Gabriella) Kelman, Halifax. Foster brothers, Jim (Jane) Wamboldt, Back Center; Doug (Brenda) Himmelman, Bridgewater; sister, Brenda (Denis) Fortin, Sackville. Numerous uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces. Devoted friends, Lloyd and Tina MacCrae, Halifax. Visitation 7 – 9 p.m. Friday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral 2 p.m. Saturday in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Bridgewater. Father Ron Appleton officiating, Father Robert Coote Assisting. Private burial in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Conquerall Bank. Flowers accepted.
