Helen Letitia McCarthy

86, of Italy Cross, Lunenburg County, passed away July 22, 2006 in the Harbour View Haven Home for Special Care, Lunenburg. Born in Middlewood, she was a daughter of the late Percy and Bessie (Slauenwhite) Naugler. She is survived by her husband, Henry; daughters, Julia (Carter) Naugler, Petite Riviere; Lelia (Raymond) Slauenwhite, Massachusetts; Florence (Ross) Resor, Kentucky; a son, David (Brenda) McCarthy, Alberta; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, Gerald (Viola) Naugler, Donald Naugler, all of Middlewood. She was predeceased by an infant son, Robert; sisters, Rita Stewart, Mary; brothers, Mervyn, Albert, Russell. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 2pm Wednesday in the Emmanuel Pentecostal Tabernacle, Middlewood, Pastor James Haughn officiating. Burial will follow in the St Matthew’s Anglican Cemetery, Italy Cross. Flowers accepted. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Emmanuel Pentecostal Tabernacle, Harbour View Haven Home for Special Care, Lunenburg or the charity of your choice.
