Ernest Victor McMasters

79, of Bridgewater, passed away January 16, 2006 at home. Born in Maganese Mines, he was a son of the late Daniel and Christina (MacKenzie) McMaster He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Snyder (McMasters) and her husband Lawrence; granddaughter, Jordan, all of Barss Corner; grandson, Joel Snyder, B.C.; sisters, Edna (Ronald) Crowe, Truro; Ethel Miller, Truro; Isobelle (Bob) Basley, Moncton; Jean (Rufus) McCallum, Hilden; Kay McLaren, Truro; Marguerite Harvey, Truro; Marjorie Bryson, Hilden; brothers, Donald (Betty) McMaster, Bible Hill; Frank McMaster, Maganese Mines; Hugh (Linda) McMaster, North River; Robert (Thelma) McMaster, Halifax; Walter (Florence) McMaster, Truro; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, June (Snook); sister, Helen Ward; brothers, Alfred McMaster and Stanley MacKenzie. A private family graveside service will be held in Blackmore Cemetery, North River, Colchester County at a later date. Visitation will be held Thursday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. No flowers by request.
