Jessie Elizabeth Ramey

84, Union Square, Lunenburg County, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2006 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born on August 31, 1921 in Elmwood, she was a daughter of the late John Howard and Phoebe Amanda (Hallamore) Beeler. She was a school teacher for several years; she was a member of St. Matthew’s Roman Catholic Church, Elmwood. Surviving are her daughter, Veronica (Willard) Wagner, Barss Corner; son, Russell (Marilyn), Union Square; twin sisters, Agnes Whynot, Halifax and Carole Caldwell, B.C. Grandchildren, Krista (Troy) Conrad; Lynn Wagner (Trent Hubley), Mandi, Nick, Luke; great grandson, Chandler Conrad; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Earl; daughter, Agnes Dorey; sisters, Lyle, Violet, Pearl, Susie, Annie; brothers, James “Dick” Clifford, John Howard. Visitation Monday 7 – 9 p.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 route 10, New Germany. Funeral mass 11 a.m. Tuesday, in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Bridgewater. Msgr. William Wamboldt officiating. Burial in Barss Corner Community Cemetery, Barss Corner.
