Pearlie Cornelius Slauenwhite

88, Stanburne, Lunenburg County, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2006 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Stanburne, he was a son of the late Clarence and Cora (Veinotte) Slauenwhite. He was a member of St. John in the Wilderness Anglican Church, New Germany. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Surviving are his wife the former Ella Louise Oickle; daughter, Beulah (Gilbert) Wagner, New Germany; son, Brian (Susan) Slauenwhite, West Northfield. Four grandchildren, six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters, Evelyn Slauenwhite, Beatrice Taylor; brothers, Joseph and Burpee. Visitation 7 – 9 p.m. today (Friday) in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 route 10, New Germany. Funeral 2 p.m. Saturday in St. John in the Wilderness Anglican Church. Rev. Robert Brush and Rev. Catherine Robar officiating. Private interment of ashes will follow in Epworth Cemetery, New Germany.
