59, Of Springfield, Annapolis County, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2006 at home. Born in Lake Pleasant, he was a son of the late Clarence and Verna (Moore) Sproule. Surviving are his wife, Pam; daughters, Crystal (Derek Naugler), Dayspring; Buffy (David) Iyoupe, Bridgewater; step daughter, Alexandria Burgoyne, Springfield. Sisters, Doris (Gerald) Arenburg, Hastings; Joyce (Doug) Aulenback, Dartmouth; Cheryl (John) Kaiser, Maitland; Anna Sarty (Gordon Rosen), Digby. Brothers, Guy (Joan), Lake Pleasant; Glenwood (Melba), Lake Centre. 5 grandchildren, a great grandson; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sister, May; brother, Gerald. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Memorial service 2 p.m. Friday in Springfield United Baptist Church, Springfield. Rev. Robert Gates officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family, Nova Scotia Lung Association or charity of choice.
