Beulah Irene Corkum
79, Pleasantville, Lunenburg County, passed away, Tuesday, June 5, 2007 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Lunenburg, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Cora (Whynot) Knickle. Surviving are her daughters, Diane (Keith) Roache, Lockport; Marina (Carol) Selig, Halifax; sons, Wade (Judy), Pleasantville; Max (Karen), Wileville; Cyril (Sheri), Bridgewater; Charles, Halifax; Robert (Gail), Bridgewater; Peter (Sherie), Fancy Lake; sisters, Mazzie Tanner, Marguerite Knickle; 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Ellsworth Corkum, 24 brothers, sisters and several step family members. Service will be held at 1:30pm on Saturday 9 June at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Cookville, Mr. Ron Miller officiating. Internment will follow at the Pleasantville cemetery. Family flowers only, donations may be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
