Chester Ralston Ross

81 of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, passed away August 6, 2007, at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Middle LaHave, he was the son of the late Mary (Richard) and Alexander Ross. Chester was a Diesel Mechanic and spent many years at sea. He is survived by his partner Blossom Weare, daughter Diann (William) Roberts, New Port Arkansas, USA; sister Margaret Parks, Pictou; 2 grandchildren; a number of great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Rita and son Carter. In keeping with Chester’s request will be no visitation or service. Funeral services have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater.
