Reginald Harris Slauenwhite

94, of Sweetland, Lunenburg Co., passed away on July 24, 2007 at home. Born in Lower Northfield, he was a son of the late Wallace and Mary (Slauenwhite) Slauenwhite. He is survived by his sons, Sterling (Anne), Dartmouth; Phillip, Calgary; daughter, Thelma Ernst, Dartmouth, foster daughter Linda Beck, Marriots Cove; 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; devoted caregiver, Lois Wile, Wileville; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Lena (Veinotte); brothers, Robbie and William; sisters, Mildred Silver, Jennie Hiltz, Elva Veinotte, Lillie Aulenback, Daisy Veinotte, Lois Fancy; 2 sisters and a brother in infancy. Visitation will be held Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater and from where funeral service will be held 1:30pm Saturday, Rev Paul Jensen officiating. Burial will follow in the Sweetland Cemetery. No flowers by request. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Stephens Lutheran Church, Farmville or the charity of your choice.
