Doris Marie Arenburg

73, Hastings, Annapolis Co., passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2008 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Lake Pleasant, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Verna (Moore) Sproule. Surviving are her daughter, Gloria (Delbert) Robar, Hastings; son, Raymond Arenburg, Hastings; sisters, Cheryl (Johnny) Kaizer, Maitland; Joyce (Doug) Aulenback, Dartmouth; Anna Sarty (Gordon), Digby; brothers, Guy Sproule (Joan), Lake Pleasant; Glenwood (Melba) Sproule, Lake Center; grandchildren, Tina (Kevin) Carver, Tanya (Shawn) Henderson, Justin Arenburg, Brandon Wentzell; great grandchildren, Robert Henderson, Shawna Henderson; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald; son, Dale; brothers, Leroy Sproule, Gerald Sproule. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Service 3 p.m. Sunday in Springfield Baptist Church, Rev. Robert Gates officiating. Interment will follow in Springfield Baptist Church Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations may be made to the ALS Society.
