Donald Roy Dingwell

49, Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, passed away on February 16, 2008 in the Dickson Centre, VG Hospital, Halifax. Born in Port Aux Basques, NL, he was a son of Norman and Margaret (Warren) Dingwell. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed boating around Mahone Bay, LaHave River and enjoyed life to the fullest. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Ann, Bridgewater; daughter, Dawn (Dennis) Tanner, Centre; sons, Scottie, Shane both of Bridgewater; brothers, Ralph (Claudine), Labrador City, Labrador; Derek, Fort McMurray, Ab; grandchildren, Dominique, Jered and Keighan, all of Centre; nieces, Venessa, Labrador; Tammy (Craig Moore), Oromocto, NB; nephew, Robin, Ottawa; great niece, Lauren. He was predeceased by maternal grandparents, John and Caroline (Humber) Warren; paternal grandparents, Hugh and Amelia (Knott), Dingwell.Visitation today 7 – 9 p.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel and where funeral will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday.
