Donzella Pearl Lohnes

91, Upper Northfield, Lunenburg County, and Halifax, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at Northwood Centre, Halifax, where she had been currently residing. Born in Upper Northfield, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Charlotte (Lohnes) Lohnes. Surviving are her several nieces and nephews as well as her extended family in Halifax. She was predeceased by a sister, Beatrice Davison; brothers, Ralph, Harvey, Calvin, Lawrence, Frederick, Wilfred. Visitation 7 – 9 p.m. Friday, in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater, and where funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday. Rev. William Gustafson officiating, with burial to follow in Old Upper Northfield Cemetery, Upper Northfield. Family flowers only, donations may be Mt.
