Elreta Maude Daniels

92, North River, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2009 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in North River, she was a daughter of the late Emery and Laura (Acker) Robar. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, North River. She was an avid card player, enjoyed having company, playing cards, bingo, shopping and going for a drive. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are her daughter, Valerie Daniels (Leo Cashman), North River; daughter in law, Hilda Daniels, Ont; sons, Roger (Bernice) Daniels, North River; Cedric (Alice) Daniels, Conquerall Mills. 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by first husband, Wilbert Daniels, second husband, Guilford Daniels; son, Carroll; daughter, Geneva Coady and one in infancy; sister, Stella Arenburg; brothers, Caleb Robar, Elwood Robar. Visitation 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 route 10, New Germany, where funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. Larry Ehrhardt officiating.
