John William Baker

61, Newburne, passed away at home, Tuesday, October 12, 2010. John was a son of the late Ranald and Modena (Frail) Baker. He was a member of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and a former member of the Salmon Association. John is survived by his sons, Sheldon (Jessica) Baker, Earle (Naomi) Baker; sisters, Sandra Rowter, Jennifer Goodwin; brothers, Allen, Don and James “Buck” Baker; 3 grandchildren, Briar Rose Baker, Hannah Modena Baker, Bethaney Kim Baker; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Kim (Robart) Baker. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. A potluck dinner and social gathering in Celebration of the lives of John and Kim will be held at the Baker residence, #600 Veinotte Road, Newburne, on Saturday, October 23 beginning at 12 noon.
